At Connections Leadership we come along side people as they go through life’s transitions whether it is a career transition, a job change, or simply a timeout to reflect and decide on what’s most important for the next stage of their life.

We are passionate about helping people live into the essence of all that they were meant to be.  Our work is completed through encouraging conversations and inspiring workshops.  We believe that each person has a unique pathway meant just for them that is embodied in our quote “"Live your authentic life or it won’t be lived!"

Our customized corporate career transition process supports employees who are in transition through restructuring and downsizing.  Our offering includes career transitions workshops and coaching that are personalized to take into account the unique needs of each person who experiences this program. 

Our approach is different than traditional outplacement because we not only support employees through the psychological transition, we acknowledge and actually capitalize on its power to spark new exciting beginnings that may not have been previously known to those in transition.  We also believe that follow up coaching is essential to the success of each participant.

In recognition of the needs of individuals who are experiencing a career or job change or are stepping voluntarily into the next stage of their career, we offer public workshops as well as one-on-one coaching. (More info...)
