At Connections Leadership our programs help leaders define what they stand for and set them up with a firm leadership foundation to uphold their values with their words and actions.  And we firmly believe that conversation is at the heart of leadership.

Our "Inspired Leaders" development and coaching program is unique because it is a program that is rich in conversation and brought to life in the leader's committed development action plan.  Our ongoing coaching is both reassuring and challenging to ensure results happen.

In addition to self development, our leadership programs focus in two areas where a leader’s conversations make a difference to the success of their team and to each individual member:

The ongoing conversations that happen through all of the stages of a team's growth...both informally and through designed and facilitated processes.

Stepping Up 2 Leadership Conversations of Importance

A leader has obligations to have conversations to correct behavioral issues and to ensure all employees are delivering their best performance.  These conversations will ensure that the employee's career is headed down the right track and that the team is able to do it’s best work because all are performing collaboratively with the best interests of the team in mind.
