When I chose the name, Connections Leadership for my consulting business in 2000, my friends said that it was absolutely perfect because they knew me as the “connector.” Now some years later, I feel that my consulting practice has evolved and truly embraces and lives “connection” as the core value.

‘Connection’ is the notion that people value the importance of knowing each other and truly care about each other’s well being and success. What it means to me is that people do not merely ask ‘How are you?’ as a conversation starter, but instead they truly care about you and want to know your truthful response.

Through every conversation, every small nuance of your body language, and your continued sharing over time; they build a deeper knowledge of what’s important to you and are able to support, guide, and encourage you appropriately. And the magic is that you then do the same for them. The connection is mutually supportive, encouraging and makes a difference in being the best that you can be…in all avenues of your life.

And when you work with me whether in the capacity of a leader, a team member, or an individual sharing your walk with me…I will ensure that you feel cared for; supported to take risks, to tell me your dreams, to do the hard work to grow, to tell me your vulnerabilities and challenges and to garner strength to overcome them; and to share your successes…and most of all to celebrate Your JOY!
