When I chose the name, Connections Leadership for my consulting business in 2000, my friends said that it was absolutely perfect because they knew me as the “connector.” Now some years later, I feel that my consulting practice has evolved and truly embraces and lives “connection” as the core value.

"Connection" is the notion that people value the importance of knowing each other and truly care about each other’s well being and success. What it means to me is that through every conversation we have, every small nuance of your body language, and your continued sharing with me; we will develop a trusting relationship where you are able to share openly and honestly with me; and I am able to support your growth.

My commitment to you is that when you work with me, I will ensure that you feel cared for; supported to take risks, and encouraged to do the hard work to put your insights into action in order to get your desired results. I will encourage your step by step progress as well as celebrate your JOY!
