NEIL SAMUELS of Profound Conversations, Co-Designer of "Inspired Leaders", Neil’s nineteen years of consulting and leadership development experience span five continents and businesses ranging from Cruise Lines, Architecture, Rx, and Offshore Oil Production to the US Geological Survey, the Chamber of Commerce and Education.

His work builds on a foundation of Appreciative Inquiry to engage entire organizations in fundamentally changing their conversations to bring about lasting change.  He is a respected coach and mentor and has demonstrated value in helping leaders develop themselves and navigate complex, large-scale change.

Neil recently published a book, "Brilliant: The Heathside Story" co-authored with his friend and colleague Dr. Glyn Willoughby, former principal of Heathside School in London. Soon to be available on Amazon, the book can be found now at the publisher's site (Kingsham Press).  The book details the process used at Heathside to engage nearly the entire student body in creating a different future for their school.



MICHAEL A. WOLLNER has been acting all of his life...and professionally for the past 15 years appearing in several movies such as "Chain Reaction" with Keana Reeves, "Crash Landing with Charlton Heston and Co-staring in  "Resurrection Mary" with Joe Estevez.

Michael has been a corporate role player with Allstate, BP, and Eddy's Ice Cream.  He has portrayed employees in many practice scenarios in leadership workshops as well as countless customers for claims representives in the insurance industry. All of which have given him invaluable experience to apply to the role player in making conversations real in "Using your Head, Heart and a Little Humor to Turn Difficult Conversations into Healthy Dialogues!"

He has also appeared as a regular on the network shows "Cupid and "Early Edition".  Michael's bread and butter, however, has been making dozens of National Commercials and hundreds of regional advertisements.  He studied at Briar Cliff University as an undergraduate receiving his degree in theatre and public relations.  He then received his Master in Acting from The Goodman School of Drama at Depaul University.

DUANE SHARP, one of the featured role players in "Using your Head, Heart and a Little Humor to Turn Difficult Conversations into Healthy Dialogues" has been a performer, corporate trainer, and acting teacher for over twenty years. Duane taught “Acting for the Business Professional” for 5 years at FACES International in addition to teaching acting for the camera at Backstage Workshop and Theatre for Young America. 

In the corporate world, Duane has been a core member of interactive training and testing for leadership development with BP/AMOCO for eight years.  He has also facilitated sales training, customer service, and  communication programs with Accenture, Altria, GAP, Quaker Oats and Kraft with the Breakthrough Group; and toured the country conducting competition/cooperation and communication training for educators with Wavelength.

Duane also performed in interactive role play management skills and substance abuse programs for interactive training with Applied Research Technology and SST Productions.

Duane has performed in over 300 training videos for clients ranging from Baxter, Abbott Labs, Pfizer Pharmaceutical, Bristol Meyer Squibb to Ford. Sears, Kmart and literally hundreds more.
