CAROLYN ROWE

A Leadership and Life Transitions Consultant, who has been inspiring people to follow their passionate path for the past 15 years.

Her focus is to come along side people who are in the midst of a life transition whether it is a job change, a career transition, or simply and importantly; a time out to reflect on their next important step in order to completely realize and live into the fullness of all that they were meant to be.  Carolyn has a saying that speaks to this thoughtx "Live your authentic life or it won't be lived."  Basically, Carolyn helps people become energized and inspired for the rest of their journey.

In addition, Carolyn has been instrumental in the growth of leaders in Fortune 100 companies.  She is passionate about helping leaders have conversations of importance when the topic is important and difficult to share those that will make a difference to the career of an employee or to the performance of an organization.  She also helps leaders build teams of integrity through ongoing conversations that help build knowledge of each team member and set the stage for how they can most effectively collaborate to deliver exceptional results.

Employed by BP Exploration in Alaska for 18 years, Carolyn’s career included HR and Learning and Development roles in which she designed and facilitated leadership and team programs as well as coached leaders to commit their insights to action and results.

For the past 10 years, through her consulting company, Connections Leadership, she has been focusing on one-on-one coaching and guiding people through their life’s transitions as well as consulting to Fortune 100 companies facilitating world class leadership programs, building teams of integrity, and helping people step up and have effective conversations when the topic is important and the situation is challenging.  Carolyn also gained valuable experience as a Counselor for Challenger, Gray, and Christmas; a premier Chicago based outplacement company.
